The new Customer Centre of Latvijas Pasts will be opened in the shopping centre Sāga on 27 February at 12.00. Modern design, convenient access and additional functionality are the advantages that will be available to any visitor, along with the already existing postal and payment services. Participants of the opening event will become witnesses of two substantial occurrences: not only they will experience the implemented changes in the development of postal and payment services but will also be the first ones to see in person the new stamp and special design envelope devoted to the success of the animated film Flow.
Customer Centre of Latvijas Pasts in Sāga will be conveniently accessible to both residents of Riga and the nearby Ulbroka. Besides, it will be open every day from 10.00 to 21.00 and will provide easy access also to people with special needs and parents with baby carriages.
Along with the customary postal and payment services, a self-service area will be available as well to conveniently pack the consignments. It will be equipped with everything you need to prepare the consignment, including a scale for their accurate weighing. While packaging materials, such as boxes, enveloped and blister film, will be available for purchase on the spot.
To celebrate both the achievements of Latvijas Pasts and the success of the animated film Flow and its team, a new stamp and special design envelope will be issued on 27 February, featuring the now iconic Cat, Capibara, Lemur, Retriever and Secretary Bird.
The opening event will be hosted by Jana Duļevska by addressing the advantages of the Customer Centre in various activities; Pēteris Tenisons, the artist from the Flow team, will participate in those; the first-day stamping will take place, and everyone will have the opportunity to write a card with good wishes to Gints Zilbalodis and his team.
